How do we ship?

We ship our products to Australia and worldwide via registered mail (EMS).

Main features:

We have been delivering steroids to Australia for a few years already and our statistics show a delivery rate of 99% when we use trackable delivery until the Australian border. After they cross the border, our parcels are not traceable anymore for us. Once they enter Australia, we use a registered post company to deliver the parcel to its final destination. You can contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking code so that they can locate your parcel within Australia.

We never use our company name or anything else that could imply pharmaceutical contents of the package. This is to provide complete discretion and to increase the chance of delivery to its highest. Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve maximum delivery success!

The size of our packages is never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment Handling charge).

We reuse cardboard boxes for packing our products. This way we can decrease our ecological footprint and at the same time increase delivery discretion.

What is the cost of shipping?

The shipping cost is – 36 AUD.

How long does the whole process of ordering and shipping take?

Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 3 business days. Shipping time is normally between 7 and 15 business days and for very remote countries up to 25 business days. Please note that business days are only Monday to Friday. Delivery time includes time necessary for international regular airmail, which must also pass customs. If your parcel seems to take longer than 15 business days, please check your Order History online. If it's over 15 business days, and there is no update on your order history, please contact us so we can look into it and provide you with accurate information.

How successful is delivery?

We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Products are not removed from their original boxes and packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our site name is not indicated on any package and shipments are sent from various shipping points, established in different countries to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery. Based on our statistics we have a delivery rate of 99% for deliveries to Australia.

Is a signature required for shipping?

We provide a registered mail service and in order to receive your package you will have to sign for it. But this is not a reason to get worried, the only difference is that the registered package is tracked, the rest of the procedures are exactly the same as for the regular mail.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

An order may not arrive in two cases. It may be seized by customs or it could be lost in the mail. If it is seized by customs, you should receive a seizure letter. Please make a copy of this letter and send it to our customer support. We will resend your order within 3 business days. If 30 days have passed after putting in your order, and you did not receive the parcel, nor a letter from customs, please contact our customer support. We will look into the issue and if indeed the order got lost, we will reship your order. Please be aware that we will only reship the order if the package got lost due to a mistake by the mail service and not if it got lost due to a mistake of the customer (e.g. wrong address).
