How do we ship?
We ship our products to Australia and worldwide via registered mail (EMS)

Main features:

- We have been delivering steroids to AU for a few years already and we noticed that the delivery rate is 99% if we use trackable delivery until AU border only. But then our parcels are not traceable. This means that we ship via registered post which does not provide tracking within Australia. But you still can track the status of your delivery with your local post office if you call them and provide tracking code.

- Our company name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our parcels.
- Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
- The size of our packages is never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment Handling charge).
- We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in (because we are an ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
- Shipments are sent from various shipping points and different countries.

How are bulk/large quantities orders shipped?
If the order is too large to fit one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you of the same discretion level and repackaging as used for small sized orders.

What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping cost is – 36 AUD.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
If you have not paid yet we recommend you to place a new order without any error or mistake. 

If you already paid for the order but it was not sent yet and you want to add/remove an item, please create a ticket and ask customer support to make needed changes. Please always specify order ID in a message as this makes feedback faster.

Where do I send my payment?
Once an order is formed you will be directed to secure payment site to pay by credit card.

We recommend you to us debit card or gift card to avoid any doubts in the future.


How long does it take for you to receive my payment?
Payments made by credit cards are normally processed within 2-3 business days after we get payment approval notification. If payment is rejected by processing company or if your card is not charged then please try to submit your payment again in 24 hours!

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 3 business days. Shipping time is normally between 7 and 15 business days and for very remote countries up to 25 business days! PLEASE NOTE that BUSINESS DAYS are only Monday to Friday so before you order you should have that clear in your mind! Delivery time includes time necessary for international regular airmail, which must also pass your customs, so we expect you to accept this as NORMAL DELIVERY TIME and respect it! Please check your ORDER HISTORY online first and count business days before writing to us about delivery time! If it's over 15 business days, please contact us and together we will find the reason and the solution!

How successful is delivery?
We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Products are not removed from their original boxes and packed with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our site name is not indicated on any package and shipments are sent from various shipping points, established in different countries to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.

Is a signature required for shipping?
We are providing registered mail service, so in order you should sign for the package, but this is not a reason to get worried, the only difference is that the registered package is tracked, the rest of the procedures are exactly the same as for the regular mail.

What do I do if I do not receive an order?
An order may not arrive in 2 cases:
1. It may be seized
2. It may be lost in the mail
For the first case you need to send a scanned seizure letter to email.
If 30 days past and you got neither letter nor order please update us in tickets with order/package and we will reship if this is true.
