I have been using Prominate 100 for going on 16 weeks. Using Test on its own can work great. I sa my arms had grown like 2" being pumped and I was really pushing the weights on my sets. Pushing more than I ever was and that is why I like using it. I did get some side effects when looking back. My body retained some water and I was VERY horny. Some spots showed up on my chest but that was nothing major. Not sure why people don't just use this that are starting out instead of just jumping into the big leagues. More than satisfied with my purchase.
