Letrozole is an incredible product, think of arimidex on steroids, the stuff is so potent, you need to be careful with the dose, but once you figure that out, you'll be golden!

Letro is my go to if all else fails, this stuff is strong as anything and will always fix your issues (in my experience anyway but don't take my word for it) it's more potent than the other AIs so only use it when absolutely needed
